Cold Mail AI ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome extension handles your data.

1. What Data We Access

When you use Cold Mail AI on a LinkedIn profile page, the extension reads the following information visible on the page:

• Prospect's full name
• Prospect's job title and company
• Prospect's LinkedIn headline

This data is sent to our API server solely to generate personalized email drafts. We do not store prospect data after the email is generated.

2. What Data We Store

We store the following data locally on your device using Chrome's storage API:

• Your license key
• Your subscription plan
• Daily email usage count

We also store your email address and license information in our database for billing and account management purposes.

3. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not track your browsing history
• We do not access any LinkedIn data beyond the current profile page
• We do not store the emails you generate
• We do not use your data for advertising purposes

4. Third-Party Services

Cold Mail AI uses the following third-party services:

• Anthropic Claude API — to generate email content from prospect data
• Stripe — to process subscription payments
• Supabase — to store license and account information

Each service has its own privacy policy. Prospect data sent to the Claude API is used only to generate emails and is not retained by Anthropic for training purposes under our API agreement.

5. Data Security

All data transmitted between the extension and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

6. Children's Privacy

Cold Mail AI is intended for professional use only and is not directed at children under 13 years of age.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the extension itself.
